Composition idea is good, but some elements that make up foreground don't really add to an otherwise well taken photograph. For example the roof in lower left corner. Inclusion of the tower off to left helped in guiding attention into distance by way of accompanying towers that follow mountains path. A landscape composition may have worked a bit better in this instance, so that the flow of mountains is not cut off. This would have brought focus upon towers,sky and reducing the weight in the foreground elements.

I agree with Brian, the basic composition is good but there is nothing interesting in the foreground.

Sky looks good.
Wish you had more details on those buildings/roof tops.
The overall comp is a bit dull and lacks some focal point imo.

maybe some cropping on the bottom ?

I agree with cropping part of the bottom. still it's a very good photo and a very beautiful place. not that I was there - I just saw pictures of a friend of mine who was there few years ago.
